Sic Transit

A few months ago, Elliot the Thick got roundly spanked by The Great Deceiver for changing the sic template without discussion. Once Rpeh got slung out, EtT revisited the issue and a horde of little minds joined in. EtT's basis for wanting the change was "Frankly, the second parameter has not reduced the number of removals". This, of course, is rubbish. The reason editors who actually know what they're talking about, like Nephele and Rpeh, wanted the spelling included in the first place was because there used to be a huge number of spelling "fixes" when it wasn't there.

Roll forward a month and what do we find? "Hmm", opines Krusty. "It seems that we have had several unnecessary edits to the pages already. Since these edits are clogging up the page's Edit History, I think we should consider mentioning the correct spelling like we used to do."

Next time, EtT, don't pretend to know what you're talking about.

  1. Oh, and hi Calliope, Dr Jones, Rpeh! What name do you go by now? The Great Deceiver? That's mighty egotistical of you! Hiding behind a name and not helping the site, just trying to make fun of the people who kicked your ass out. It is rather funny watching it. Oh and...

    Get a life.

  2. As opposed to you who adds wrong comments to my blog and does so while hiding behind NO name. As I've said before, you're the one who needs a life.

Tiber, I see that either you or one of your cronies attempted to delete the UESP Watch article I wrote. I'm glad to see that you've finally decided to take the offensive.

Unfortunately for you, your attempt failed and the article is still there. Really, did you actually believe that you could just walk into Encyclopedia Dramatica and delete any article that you desired? Let me tell you this: It won't be that easy.

I've won the first round. Please try a little harder next time, Tiber.

  4. No I didn't. I *did* think about trolling your article but decided it wasn't even close to being important enough.

Looks like I'm not the only person who thinks your article is shit.

Deinin only made two contributions to ED. Both of which were to Talk:UESP_Watch. His account was made moments before editing that talk page. Deinin is a single-purpose account. Its only goal is to delete the UESP Watch article. Deinin didn't edit any articles or comment on any other talk pages.

Why would Deinin care so much about the UESP Watch article and so little about the other useless articles on ED? Perhaps the UESP Watch offended him somehow?

Tiber, Deinin being you is the most logical explanation, and I'm going to stick by that explanation until you can prove me wrong. So far, you haven't provided any evidence to support your claims that Deinin isn't you or one of your cronies.
