She's doing it on purpose now

Never content to use one word where 10 would do, Nephele has raised the bar by even managing to make an overly verbose proposed deletion summary.

I will quote the reason in full since the page is likely to be deleted soon: "Unnecessary and redundant article. Creator needs to read the style guide on Redundancy and the new article guidelines at Starting New Pages. Content belongs at Morrowind:Starting out, and is probably already covered there ("probably" because it contains too many mistakes and vague descriptions for me to decipher right now)"

So in one post she manages to:
  1. Make an overlong argument
  2. Patronise a user
  3. Insult other users who edited a different page

That's Nephele the Pious for you.

Note that after the initial flurry of "Welcome back!" posts, nobody is daring to engage with her. Nephele evidently has her own mission for the wiki and it doesn't involve other users.

Elliot, I've told you about this before. There isn't a hierarchy. The aren't any ranks. Sysop isn't a rank; it's a voluntary job.

  2. Elliot. If you were actually a good patroller you would know that there isn't any rank on UESP. It's just a bunch of red !'s. And administrators only get to ban; which means that they're supposed to be using their common sense in kicking assholes like you off the site.

  3. Elliot, what you never understood is that being a patroller or admin doesn't give you rank, it gives you responsibilities. It doesn't give you power, it gives you work. I've tried to explain this to you in the past, and it's pretty damning that you still don't get it.

On any issue where there's a vote, you get one vote, I get one vote, Nephele gets one vote.

  4. In theory, it is like that; I'm not stupid. But it practice, no. Administrators have more voice and control over situations.

You remember what that is like, right rpeh?

  5. Administrators might have more voice but rpeh is right - they still only get one vote.
